We are all busy, we all have goals and deadlines but sometimes just take a moment out to just encourage someone. Tell them you believe in them, tell them not to give in to fear. Tell them you love them and appreciate them.  You might never know the true effect of your words but they well be appreciated. Someone could be on the verge on giving up and throwing in the towel, you could be the person to put them back on track.

Most importantly, take time to encourage yourself. Listen to a powerful book, sermon or song that uplifts you. Watch YouTube videos, they have many inspirational and motivating videos. There is so much pain and negativity in the world we have to reassure ourselves. We have to love ourselves more and stop looking for happiness from outside things. You have everything you need to make it work, to make your dreams come to fruition.
